摘要
目的:探讨服用阿司匹林对拔牙术后出血的影响。方法:随机选择2014年2月—2015年6月,在我院进行拔牙术的患者,患者人数为170人,将其列为本次研究的对象,并分为两组(研究组、对照组),对照组患者在开展手术前停止服用阿司匹林药物,研究组患者在治疗前后均服用阿司匹林药物,对比两组患者行拔牙术后出血情况。结果:研究组患者与对照组患者在拔牙时间上差异不显著,拔牙五分钟之后,研究组患者止血率低于对照组,两组对比差异显著。在拔牙30分钟后两组止血率对比不存在差异(P>0.05)。结论:在行拔牙术前服用阿司匹林药物,在短时间内对拔牙患者术后出血造成一定的影响,但是对整体的影响比较小。
Objective: To investigate the effect of aspirin on bleeding after tooth extraction. Methods: 170 people from February 2014 to June 2015,in our hospital for tooth extraction, were randomly selected and divided into two groups (the study group and the control group). The control groupstops using aspirin drugs before operation, the study group used aspirin medication before and after operation, bleeding after tooth extractionof the two groups were compared. Results: the differences between the patients and control group were not significant. After five minutes, thehemostatic rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group; the difference was significant between the two groups. There was nodifference between the two groups (P>0.05)in the 30 groups after tooth extraction. Conclusion: Taking aspirin before tooth extraction caused alittle impact on the extraction, but the overall impact is relatively small.
