摘要
新能源汽车产业作为战略新兴产业,其标准化工作在我国开展较早,并取得了显著的成绩,但其标准化与其面临的竞争需求不相适应。通过标准化工作抢占新能源汽车产业竞争制高点的唯一途径就是将专利融入标准,实行专利技术的标准化和标准的许可化。专利标准化的主要路径有三种,对我国新能源汽车产业来说,最现实的路径是联盟标准路径。而要实现联盟标准路径,必须在国家和企业层面开展卓有成效的工作。
As an emerging strategic industry, the standardization of new-energy automobile industry is carried out earlierin our country and has achieved notable performance. However, its standardization is out of keeping with the competitivedemands that it facing. The only way to seize peak point of competition in the new-energy automobile industry throughstandardization is to realize the standardization of patent technology and permission of such standards by integrating patientinto standard. There are three paths to achieve the goal, among which the most realistic one is alliance standard path. In orderto get to this path, a lot of work should be done in both the national and industrial level.
