胱抑素C在心力衰竭患者中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨胱抑素C(Cys C)水平与心力衰竭的关系。方法选取冠心病患者208例,其中合并心力衰竭107例(观察组),无心力衰竭者101例为(对照组),测定2组胱抑素C(Cys C)、B型尿钠肽(BNP)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白T(c Tn T)水平并进行比较。结果观察组胱抑素C(Cys C)、B型尿钠肽(BNP)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白T(c Tn T)水平均较对照组高(P<0.01)。结论胱抑素C(Cys C)水平与B型尿钠肽(BNP)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白T(c Tn T)一样可作为心力衰竭病情判断的新参考指标,对心力衰竭患者预后的判断有一定的价值。
