摘要
该文介绍了陶瓷膜盐水精制陶瓷膜孔径的选择,平均孔径为50 nm的陶瓷膜出水水质最优,被优先用于陶瓷膜盐水精制工艺的开发。通过研究反应条件对精盐水残钙浓度的影响、反应条件对碳酸钙沉淀形貌的影响考察精制反应条件.在沉淀反应耦合膜过滤的实验研究中主要对不同形貌的碳酸钙的膜过滤性能、混合组分沉淀悬浊液的过滤的进行研究。
In this paper,the choice of pore size of ceramic membrane brine refining is introduced,and the optimal waterquality of ceramic membrane with the average pore size of50nm is optimized.The effects of reaction conditions on theconcentration of residual calcium in refined brine and the effect of reaction conditions on the morphology of calcium carbonateprecipitation were investigated.Study on experimental study of coupling membrane filtration precipitation reaction of calciumcarbonate with different morphology of the membrane filtration performance,mixture precipitation suspension filtration.
