摘要
针对加油站存在管理混乱、短秤少量、加油机计量作弊和计量人员玩忽职守、徇私舞弊等部分问题,文中提出了一种基于Petri网的加油站计量监督管理系统。该系统采用Linux操作系统与ARM9 S3C2440作为下位机采集系统,将中芯微ZC301P摄像头作为图像传感器,利用Wi-Fi无线通信将采集到的图像信息发送至远程监控端。上位机基于ASP.NET和SQL Server数据库技术,采用B/S结构开发并引入Petri网工具对系统进行需求分析和建模。结果表明,该系统加强了加油站的计量管理,充分发挥了国家和社会舆论监督强势,维护了零售成品油市场经济秩序和消费者的合法权益。
In view ol the problems ol gas stations , weak management,short scales, tanker measurement cheat and the measurement personnel neglected their duties, engaged in malpractices lor selfish ends.This paper proposed a metrological supervision and management system lor gas stations based on Petri net. The system used the Linux operating system and ARM9S3C2440 as the slave collection computersystem,Z C 301p camera as image sensor, Wi-Fi wireless communication sending the collect imageinformation to remote monitoring terminal. Host computer was based on ASP.NET and SQL Server database technology,it developed with B / S structure and introduced the Petri net work tool to analysisand modeling the system. The results show that the system strengthens the measurement management olgas stations and plays a strong role in the supervision of public opinion. It maintains the economic order and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
