摘要
我国公路桥梁评估规范晚于设计规范,并且发展较为缓慢。欧美发达国家检测评估规范研究开展较早,内容详实,值得国内桥梁评估规范研究并借鉴。通过对我国与国外发达国家桥梁评估规范中的评价指标、打分体系、指标权重、判别限值等方面进行研究及对比,重点分析各规范间的异同点。并针对我国规范中的不足之处,结合国外规范相关规定提出建议。
China's highway and bridge assessment norms later than the design standards,and the development is relatively slow. Europe and the United States developed early detection and evaluation of normative research carried out early and detailed content,it is worthy of the domestic bridge assessment norms and learn from. Through comparison and analysis of the evaluation index,scoring system,index weight and discrimination limit in the bridge evaluation standard of developed countries between China and other countries,thedifferences and similarities between the codes are analyzed emphatically. And in view of the disadvantages in Chinese standards,suggestions are recommended combined with the relevant foreign standards.
