摘要
针对某型船调距桨液压装置研制项目要求,研究了UG/WAVE技术及其内涵,探讨利用UG/WAVE技术建立调距桨液压装置模型的方法,并且基于UG/WAVE技术设计完成某型船调距桨液压装置的三维模型。相比传统的自底向上建模方法,利用UG/WAVE技术建立的调距桨液压系统三维模型避免了零件重复设计工作、缩短了产品的设计周期。
According to research contract for hydraulic device of controllable pitch propeller(CPP) used in some vessels, the paper researches UG/WAVE technology ,discusses a method of using UG/WAVE to set up model of controllable pitch propeller hydraulic device, and designs three-dimensional model of controllable pitch propeller hydraulic device based on the UG/WAVE technology. Compared with the traditional bottom-up modeling method, three-dimensional model of controllable pitch propeller hydraulic device based on the UG/WAVE technology avoids repetitive work and shortens the design cycle of product.
