摘要 核电站管道通风系统辐射监测设备是监测核电站控制区内各通风厂房内空气的放射性。目前所应用的辐射监测设备经常发生虚假故障报警,为了减少设备的误报警概率,对该辐射监测设备进行优化改造。介绍监测设备构成和其工作过程,分析故障现象,得出设备误报警是取样空气潮湿所致,解决措施是在监测探头前增加加热除湿装置。结果表明:该改造方法能够减少该设备的误报警,提高可用性和安全性。 Radiation monitoring equipment for piping ventilation system of nuclear power station is used for monitoringair radiation of ventilated workshops in nuclear power station. At present, the radiation monitoring equipment often makesfalse alarm, for reducing false alarm probability, carry out optimal improvement of radiation monitoring equipment.Introduce monitor equipment structure and its work process, analyze failure appearance. The reason of false alarm is causedby sample air moisture. Add heating and dehumidifying device before monitoring detector. The results show that: themodified method can reduce false alarm to improve feasibility and safety.
