摘要
目的:探讨培元活血通络对缺血性卒中认知和生活能力的影响。方法:选取本院2013年6月-2015年6月收治的80例缺血性卒中的患者,将其随机分为两组,治疗组采用培元益气活血通络方水煎液,对照组采用吡拉西坦治疗,治疗90 d后,比较两组患者治疗前后生活能力和智力状态的情况。结果:与治疗前相比,经治疗后治疗组与对照组患者的MMSE得分和ADL得分均显著高于治疗前的得分;经治疗后,治疗组患者智力状态达到的总有效率87.5%显著高于对照组患者的总有效率67.5%(x2=4.588,P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者的MMSE得分(27.78±1.98)分显著高于对照组患者的MMSE得分(25.89±1.81)分;且治疗后,治疗组患者的ADL得分(27.78±1.98)分显著高于对照组患者的ADL得分(25.89±1.81)分;经治疗后,治疗组患者日常生活能力达到的总有效率85.0%显著高于对照组患者的总有效率65.0%(x2=4.267,P<0.05)。结论:培元益气活血通络和吡拉西坦均能显著提高卒中患者的智力水平和日常生活能力,两种药比较,培元益气活血通效果更好一些。
Objective: To explore the effect of Peiyuan Huoxue Tongluo on ischemic stroke and ADL. Methods: 80 cases of ischemic stroke patients, treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group were treated with Peiyuan Huoxue Tongluo water decoction, and the control group was treated by Naofukang, 90 days later,life ability and mental state of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results: Compared with before treatment, after treatment, MMSE score and ADL score of both the treatment group and the control group were significantly higher than the score before treatment; after the treatment, the mental state of patients in the treatment group reached the total efficiency of 87.5%, which was significantly higher than that of the patients in the control group, 67.5% (x2=4.588, P<0.05); after treatment, MMSE score of patients in the treatment group was (27.78±1.98), which was significantly higher than that of the control group, (25.89±1.81); and after treatment,ADL score of patients in the treatment group was (27.78±1.98), which was significantly higher than that of the control group, (25.89±1.81); after treatment, the daily living ability of patients in the treatment group reached the total efficiency of 85.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the patients in the control group, 65.0%, (x2=4.267 , P<0.05).Conclusion: Both Peiyuan Huoxue Tongluo and Naofukang could significantly improve intelligence and ability of daily life of stroke, and the effect of Peiyuan Huoxue Tongluo was better after comparison.
