摘要
目的:利用术前测量数据及就医者体型特点个性化选择合适的胸部假体。方法:总结既往临床经验,收集2014年1月至2015年1月的98例接受假体隆乳术的就医者,术前进行充分的沟通,对就医者胸部数据进行测量,并结合体型特点进行充分考量,遵从Tebbetts假体选择系统的原则,进行客观分析后选择合适胸部假体。结果:通过本方法的98例就医者均对术后假体大小满意。结论:充分评估就医者身体条件并结合术前期望,综合评价后能够较好的进行假体大小的选择。
Objective To exploring the method of using measurement data and personalized shape characteristic in choosing the appropriate breast prosthesis. Methods from January 2014 to January 2015,98 cases were collected.Summarizing the past experience,all the cases had been sufficient preoperative communication,measured the chest data and fully assessed the shape characteristic.Adhere to the principle of Tebbetts prosthesis selection system,the size of the prosthesis was selected. Results 98 cases were all satisfied with the size after breast augmentation surgery. Conclusion To choosing an appropriate prosthesis must fully assessing the patients’physical condition and combined with the preoperative expectations.
