摘要
本文报告1例创伤性肝破裂合并失血性休克患者的急救护理。护理的关键在于开通静脉迅速扩容,保持呼吸道通畅,积极术前准备,严密做好病情观察和用药护理。经积极抢救,手术治疗,住院22 d好转出院。
Emergency nursing care of 1 case of traumatic rupture of the liver combined with hemorrhagic shock was reported.Thekey of nursing is rapid expansion of the opening of the vein,maintain airway patency,positive preoperative preparation,strictobservation of the patients' condition and medication care.After active rescue,surgical treatment,patient was cured and dischargedfrom hospital after 22 d.
