摘要
目的:探讨缩宫素联合益母草颗粒治疗剖宫产术后宫腔积血的临床疗效。方法:收治剖宫产术后宫腔积血患者100例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规缩宫素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予益母草颗粒治疗,比较两组疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良发应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益母草颗粒联合缩宫素治疗剖宫产术后宫腔积血临床疗效显著,不良反应较小。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of oxytocin combined with yimucao granules in the treatment ofhematometra after cesarean section.Methods:100 cases of patients with hematometra after cesarean section were divided into twogroups randomly.The control group was treated with routine oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with yimucao granulesbased on the control group.The curative effect and incidence of adverse reaction in the two groups were compared.Results:Thetotal effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence ofadverse reaction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yimucaogranules combined with oxytocin in the treatment of hematometra after cesarean section had significant curative effect and lessadverse reactions.
