摘要
目的:探究与讨论锁定钢板和重建钢板治疗方法治疗锁骨骨折疾病的临床效果。方法:收治锁骨骨折患者64例,随机平分为两组,锁定钢板组使用锁定钢板方法予以治疗,重建钢板组则使用重建钢板方法予以治疗,分析临床治疗效果。结果:锁定钢板组患者的愈合时间(9.4±2.7)d,重建钢板组的是(11.2±3.4)d;锁定钢板组患者并发症3例(10.80%),重建钢板组患者并发症8例(24.31%),两组患者对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:相较于重建钢板治疗锁骨骨折的临床治疗效果,锁定钢板疗效更加理想。
Objective:To explore and discuss the clinical effect of locking plate and reconstruction plate in the treatment ofclavicle fracture.Methods:64 patients with clavicle fracture were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups onaverage.The locking plate group was treated with locking plate method,the reconstruction plate group was treated withreconstruction plate method,we analyzed the clinical therapeutic effect.Results:The healing time of the locking plate groupwas(9.4±2.7)d,and the reconstruction plate group was(11.2±3.4)d.Complications occurred in 3 patients(10.80%)in the lockingplate group,while complications occurred in 8 patients(24.31%)in the reconstruction plate group.There was significant differencebetween the two groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the clinical treatment effect ofreconstruction plate in the treatment of clavicle fracture,the locking plate treatment effect is more ideal.
