摘要
本文研究了采用一步自助熔剂法制备K_xFe_(2-y)Se_2单晶样品,其超导转变温度达到32.7K,由于一步自助熔剂法的烧结工艺提高了K、Fe和Se元素的分布均匀性,从而保证了较好的样品品质以及合适的化学计量比。
K_xFe_(2-y)Se_2single-crystal sample were prepared with a one-step self-flux method, and the Tc was 32.7K.With this method, the homogeneous of sample was ensured, therefore the sample has a good superconductivity andstoichiometric ratio.
