摘要
浮选机的轴承设计为干油润滑,靠人工加油,每月加几次,针对工作效率低,设备加油不及时,导致浮选机因润滑失效的故障率偏高的问题,提出整改措施,通过试验,达到了定时、定量加注润滑油,润滑点出现故障及时报警的要求。并实现了润滑系统的中控室远程监控。
The artificial oil lubrication of flotation machine bearing is performed several times a month, which would delay the lubrication with results in high failure rate of the flotation machine. For efficient operation of the machine, the rectification measures are proposed after experiments. The new system can lubricate machine at regular hours and in a fixed quantity and can give a real-time alarm when lubricating point is at failure, moreover, the central control room can remotely monitor the lubrication system.
