摘要
结合纺织行业应用的需求,研究一种基于RFID的手持式MES数据采集终端的实现方法。通过无线传感网络构建MES数据采集系统,给出数据采集终端的硬件实现方法,并在软件系统的实现中采用了事件驱动架构,使用复杂事件处理技术来实现RFID数据采集的事件处理,把结果采用JSON编码后传递给后台的MES系统进行处理。该实现方法有效地降低功能模块之间的耦合度,使数据采集更加灵活易用,提高采集效率,满足数据采集实时性及有效性的要求。
According to requirement of the textile industry,a deployment method of RFID data acquirement system for Manufacturing Execution System( MES) is presented in this paper. The system is designed in wireless sensor network,and its hardware implementation method is also presented. The event driven architecture is adopted in the software system and the technology of complex event processing( CEP) is performed in the data acquirement of RFID,whose results are then sent to MES in JSON. This method can reduce software coupling,make data acquisition more efficient,meets the real- time and effectiveness requirements of the data acquisition system.
