摘要
涉恐信息预警有助于"防患于未然"。当前的反恐形势迫切要求构建一个基于大数据的涉恐信息预警机制。大数据能提供涉恐信息源、提高涉恐信息预警分析能力、提高涉恐信息预警准确性。基于大数据的涉恐信息预警机制包括组织建设机制、运行机制、保障机制。
Terrorism-related information early warning can nip terrorism in the bud. The currentanti-terrorism background urgently needs a terrorism-related information early warning mechanism based onbig data. Big data can provide sources of terrorism-related information, improve the ability to analyze forearly warning and improve the accuracy of early warning. Such an early warning mechanism includesorganization construction mechanism, operation mechanism and guarantee mechanism.
