摘要
针对我校信息与计算科学专业教学体系的现状和存在的问题,结合工程素质教育的要求,借鉴CDIO工程教育模式对培养具有创新精神和实践能力的应用型人才培养模式进行了研究和探讨,设计了符合信息与计算科学专业特点的人才培养方案。实践表明,基于CDIO理念的人才培养体系方案的改革有效地培养了学生的工程能力、实践能力和创新创业能力,提高了信息与计算科学专业人才培养的质量。
In view of the current conditions and the problems in the teaching system of Information andComputer Science,the author makes a research on the training model of personnel with innovative and practicalability with reference to CDIO engineering education and to the requirements for engineering quality education.A personnel training program in compliance with the characteristics of Information and Computer Science hasbeen designed as well. Practices show that the reform of the personnel training programs based on CDIOphilosophy is effective in cultivating the students ’ engineering ability, practical ability, innovative andentrepreneurial ability, which has thus helped to improve the training quality of Information and ComputerScience majors.
