微信健康教育平台在PICC置管患者中的应用研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的:探讨微信健康教育平台在PICC置管患者出院后的应用效果。方法:选取180例PICC置管患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组90例,实验组90例。对照组按照常规出院前健康宣教,出院后电话随访的方法;实验组在对照组基础上利用微信平台对研究对象实施护理干预,统计分析两组患者并发症发生率、导管维护依从性及对护理工作的满意度。结果:实验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,PICC导管维护依从性及患者对护理工作的满意度均提升。结论:使用微信平台能够降低PICC置管患者出院后导管护理难度,提高患者对PICC导管定期维护的依从性,降低患者出院后PICC置管并发症发生率,从而提高患者对护理工作的满意度。 Objective: To investigate the micro-channel platform for health education in patients discharged after PICC catheterapplication effect. Methods: 180 cases of PICC patients in this study were randomly divided into 90 cases of 90 cases in the controlgroup, the experimental group. Health education control group, according to the former conventional discharge, telephone follow-upafter discharge method for use in the experimental group were based on the micro-channel platform for the study of health educationnursing intervention, and statistical analysis of two groups of patients the incidence of complications, catheter maintenance complianceand nursing job satisfaction. Results: The complication rate was significantly lower than the control group, and patient compliancePICC catheter tube maintenance care and job satisfaction are improved. Conclusion: The use of micro-channel health educationplatform can reduce the difficulty of catheter care after discharge PICC catheter patients, improve patient PICC catheter regularmaintenance compliance, reduce patients after discharge PICC catheter complication rates, resulting in improved patient and familiesof nursing job satisfaction.
