摘要
目的:探讨多原发结肠癌误诊原因及防止措施。方法:回顾分析多原发结肠癌误诊18例的临床资料,总结误诊原因。结果:误诊的主要原因包括病史询问不仔细、相关检查不全面、诊断标准模糊、警惕性不高等。结论:充分认识、重视多原发结肠癌,完善相关检查,才能减少误诊的发生率。
Objective:To investigate the causes of misdiagnosis of multiple primary colorectal carcinoma and its prevention measures.Methods:The clinical data of 18 cases with multiple primary colorectal carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively and the causes of misdiagnosis were summarized.Results:The main causes of misdiagnosis include the careless inquiry of history,incomplete relevant examination,obscure diagnosis standard,not high vigilance and so on.Conclusion:To understand fully and pay attention to multiple primary colorectal carcinoma and improve the relevant examination could reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis.
