摘要
目的:讨论改良Chevron+Akin截骨结合交叉3.0Hebert钉治疗轻、中度外翻的效果。方法:收治轻、中度外翻患者26例,给予改良Chevron+Akin截骨结合交叉3.0Hebert钉治疗,观察临床疗效。结果:优18例,良6例,优良率84.6%。所有患者随访期间未出现皮肤坏死、伤口感染等并发症。结论:改良Chevron+Akin截骨结合交叉3.0Hebert钉治疗轻、中度外翻近期疗效显著。
Objective:To discuss the effect of modified Chevron + Akin osteotomy combined with cross 3.0Hebert nail in the treatment of mild and moderate hallux valgus.Methods:26 cases of patients with mild and moderate hallux valgus were treated with modified Chevron+Akin osteotomy combined with cross 3.0Hebert nail,and the clinical effect was observed.Results:18 cases had excellent clinical effect,6 cases had good clinical effect and the excellent and good rate was 84.6% .No skin necrosis,wound infection and other complications in all the patients occurred during the follow-up period.Conclusion:Modified Chevron + Akin osteotomy combined with cross 3.0Hebert nail in the treatment of mild and moderate hallux valgus had significant short-term effect.
