摘要
目的:探讨中药饮片调剂过程中出现差错的原因及解决措施。方法:回顾性分析本院2014-2015年68例中药饮片调剂差错事件的原因。结果:药物错配19.1%,药物多配13.2%,药物漏配61.8%,配置规格错误4.4%,其他1.5%。对策实施后药物调剂差错率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:积极分析中药饮片调剂差错原因有利于降低调配差错率,提高中药饮片安全性。
Objective:To investigate the causes of errors in the dispensing process of Chinese medicinal herbs and its countermeasures.Methods:Analysis the causes of error events in dispensing process of Chinese medicinal herbs retrospectively,on 68 patients selected from 2014-2015.Results:Drug mismatch rate was 19.1%;the drug distribution rate was 13.2%;drug leakage was 61.8%;the configuration error was 4.4%;the other was 1.5%.The drug dispensing errors rate was decreased significantly after implemented measures(P<0.05).Conclusion:Analysis of the reasons for dispensing errors positively,can conducive to reduce the allocation error rate,and improve the safety of traditional Chinese medicine.
