摘要
根据建筑劳务企业管理效率偏低、发展不均衡的现状,建立针对建筑劳务企业综合评价体系,构建基于AHP的建筑劳务企业评价指标层次结构模型。依据建筑劳务企业的特点构建相应的评价指标及评分标准,通过模糊评价方法对建筑劳务企业的状况进行实例分析。为建筑劳务分包选择及建筑劳务企业综合评价提供参考。
According to the low management efficiency and unbalanced development of construction labor service companies, aimed at the comprehensive appraisal system of construction labor service companies, this paper establishes the evaluation index hierarchy model based on AHP for construction service companies. As well as according to the characteristics of the construction labor services companies, it builds the corresponding evaluation index and scoring standard, analyzes the situation of construction labor services companies by the fuzzy evaluation method, and provides the reference for the construction labor subcontracting selection and the comprehensive evaluation of construction labor service enterprises.
