摘要
高职院校办公室作为一个综合的行政管理部门,对应于不同的工作职责,它具有以下四大职能:参谋咨询职能、沟通协调职能、服务管理职能、协查督办职能。教育深化改革对办公室行政管理工作提出了更高的要求,本文阐述了改善行政管理工作成效的五大措施。
The office of Higher Vocational College,as a comprehensive administrative management department,corresponding to different duties,has four main functions:functions of staff consultation,communication and coordinatingfunctions,service management functions,investigation supervision functions,Deepening the reformof education puts forwardhigher requirements to the office of administrative work. In this paper,the author explains the five measures whichare used to improve the administrative effectiveness.
