摘要
目的:探讨由碳酸钠、滑石粉、过氧化氢、40%乙醇溶液以及玫瑰香精与硫化钠组成不同配方脱毛剂对成年实验小鼠皮肤的损伤程度,试图找到对实验动物皮肤损伤小、脱毛耗时短的脱毛剂配方。方法:在体实验,从涂药到开始脱毛所需的时间和鼠毛完全脱光所耗时间及小鼠皮肤的损伤情况。结果:五个配方的脱毛剂从涂药到开始脱毛所需的时间分别85.90±32.487、120.30±2.772、128.80±34.647、123.50±32.803、98.80±29.204;鼠毛完全脱光所耗时间分别为98.20±33.349、137.40±32.901、145.30±34.887、140.40±31.921、116.10±28.376。脱毛剂的皮肤损伤评价分别为:良、中、优、优、差。结论:每个配方的脱毛剂都能把小鼠的毛完全脱下,急性脱毛可用只加入了玫瑰香精并以40%乙醇溶液定容后的硫化钠脱毛剂。
Objective:Study composed of different formulations of depilating agent on adult mice skin damage by sodium carbonate,talcum powder,hydrogen peroxide,40% ethanol solution and rose essence and sodium sulfide,trying to find the damage of experimental animal skin,hair removal time-consuming short hair removal agent formula. Methods:in vivo experiment,from the applicator to start for hair removal time and rat hair completely naked,the consumption of time and mouse skin damage. Results:five formulations of hair removal agent fromthe applicator to the time required for hair removal were 85.90±32.487,120.30±2.772,128.80±34.647,123.50±32.803,98.80± 29.204;rat hair completely naked time consumption were 98.20±33.349,137.40± 32.901,145.30±34.887,140.40±31.921,116.10±28.376.The evaluation of skin damage of hair removal agents were good,good,excellent,good,poor. Conclusion:each formulation of hair removal agent can the mouse coat completely off,acute hair removal available only to join rose essence and 40% alcohol solution set after the volume of sodiumsulfide unhairing agent.
