摘要
随着高校扩招政策的实施,高等教育逐渐朝着大众化方向发展,大学生数量的急剧增加,相应的为就业市场带来了严峻的压力和挑战。为了能够缓解高校毕业生的就业压力,培养更多的社会所需的复合型人才,同校外企业建立合作关系,构建实习就业一体化机制,有助于进一步提高就业质量,缓解当前大学生的就业压力,为社会发展培养更多优秀人才。由此,本文主要就新形势下,高校实习就业一体化展开研究,结合实际情况,寻求合理的应对措施。
Along with the implementation of the policy of enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,the popularization of higher education gradually towards the direction of development,the number of college students has increased dramatically,corresponding to the job market has brought severe pressure and challenge. In order to reduce the pressure on the employment of university graduates,more social needed talents cultivation,establish cooperative relations with external enterprises,construction of integrated practice and employment mechanism,to further improve the quality of employment,to alleviate the current college students' employment pressure,cultivate more talents for the society development. As a result,this article mainly under the new situation,colleges and universities practice and employment of integrated study,combined with the actual situation,seek a reasonable response.
