摘要
目的:探讨高血压患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度、动脉斑块及血流动力学彩色多普勒超声特点及其临床意义。方法:收集1、2、3级原发性高血压患者组各50例和健康对照组50例。检测颈总动脉(CCA)内-中膜厚度(IMT)及颈内动脉(ICA)、颈外动脉(ECA)、CCA的斑块情况,并与正常对照组比较。结果:1级高血压患者颈动脉ITM增厚、斑块发生率及CCA的PSV、EDV、PI、RI值变化不明显,随着血压级别的增高,IMT增厚及斑块的检出率明显增高,同时可出现PSV、EDV降低、RI值增高。结论:高血压可使颈总动脉内-中膜厚度增加,从而引起颈动脉斑块的形成,其损害程度随高血压病程增加而加重。
Objective:To explore the characteristics and clinical significance of color doppler ultrasound of carotid artery intima-media thickness,arterial plaque and hemodynamics.Methods:50 cases of the patients with 1,2,3 level primary hypertension in each groups and 50 cases in the healthy control group were selected.The carotis communis artery(CCA) intima-media thickness(IMT) and internal carotid artery(ICA),external carotid artery(ECA),CCA plaque were detected,and compared with those of the normal control group.Results:The carotid artery ITM thickening,plaque incidence rate and PSV,EDV,PI,RI values of CCA did not change significantly in the patients with 1 level hypertension,with the increase of blood pressure level,the IMT thickening and plaque detection rate was increased significantly,while PSV and EDV was decreased,RI was increased.Conclusion:The blood pressure can increase the carotis communis artery intima-media thickness(IMT),which can lead to the formation of carotid plaque,and the damage degree increases with the increase of the course of hypertension.
