64排螺旋CT用于冠心病诊断的临床价值研究

摘要 目的:探讨64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像(CTA)在老年冠心病(CHD)诊断中的应用价值。方法:收治经SCA确诊为老年CHD患者56例,使用64排螺旋CT冠脉成像方法再行测定,分析CTA法在诊断冠心病时的特异性、敏感度和准确率情况。结果:所有患者均行64排螺旋CTA诊断法,诊断特异性95.36%,诊断灵敏度82.42%,诊断符合率91.07%。结论:64排螺旋CTA诊断法测定老年CHD诊断特异性、敏感度和准确率均较高。 Objective:To explore the application value of 64 slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging(CTA) in the diagnosis of elderly coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:56 patients with elderly CHD diagnosed by SCA were selected.They were given 64 slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging method to determine.The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of CTA method in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease were analyzed.Results:All patients were given 64 slice spiral CTA diagnosis method.The diagnostic specificity was 95.36%;the diagnostic sensitivity was 82.42%;the diagnostic coincidence rate was 91.07%.Conclusion:The diagnostic specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of 64 slice spiral CTA diagnosis method in the determination of elderly CHD are higher.
