摘要
目的:探讨除痹汤熏洗配合针灸治疗颈肩腰腿痛的效果。方法:收治颈肩腰腿疼痛患者134例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用针灸治疗,治疗组采用除痹汤熏洗联合针灸治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组VAS评分、JOA评分、Fugl-Meyer和Barthel评分均显著改善,治疗组改善幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率92.54%明显高于对照组的73.13%(P<0.05)。结论:除痹汤熏洗配合针灸治疗颈肩腰腿痛的效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of Chubi decoction Xunxi combined with acupuncture in the treatment of neck shoulder waist leg pain.Methods:134 patients with neck shoulder waist leg pain were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with acupuncture.The treatment group was treated with Chubi decoction Xunxi combined with acupuncture.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,VAS score,JOA score,Fugl-Meyer and Barthel scores of the two groups were all significantly improved,and the improvement of treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the total effective rate of 92.54% was significantly higher than 73.13% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Chubi decoction Xunxi combined with acupuncture in the treatment of neck shoulder waist leg pain was significant.
