摘要
地方具有广泛的成人教育培训需求,地方高校鲜明的地方性使得主动融入地方和社区成为其天然的生命线。地方高校应主动响应国家和地方政府建设学习型社会的号召,贯彻落实地方成人教育培训政策,加强对成人教育培训的规范引导,建立地方政府—高校—企业联动机制,搭建区域成人教育培训联动平台,使地方高校成为地区学习中心;同时,搭建高校与社区服务的互动平台,促进地方高校融入社区。
The local place has a wide range of adult education and training needs, the local colleges anduniversities are distinctive in making the activeintegration into the local community become their natural life?line. Local colleges and universities should take the initiative in response to build a learning society called bythe national and local governments,implement local adult education and training policy, strengthen the standard?ized guidance of adult educationand training, establish local government-institutions-enterprises linkage mech?anism, build regional adult education and training linkage platform, and make the local colleges and universitiesbecome the regional learning center; at the same time, interactive platform of colleges & universities and commu?nity services should be built to promote local colleges and universities to integrate into the community.
