摘要
在国家大力倡导建设海绵城市的背景下,针对城市公园规划设计中容易忽视的雨洪管理等情况,通过对低影响开发技术梳理和国内外典型案例分析,结合临沂市人民公园LID改造案例,提出构建海绵城市公园绿地规划设计要素,完善城市公园生态雨洪方面的功能,为城市公园规划建设和改造提供新思路。
In the background of national advocate sponge city construction, according to the rain flood management which is easy to neglect in the urban park planning and design, through combing the low impact development technology and the typical case analysis at home and abroad, combining with the LID transformation case of Linyi People's Park, the planning and design elements of sponge city park green space are put forward; and the function of ecological rain and flood in urban park are improved, which may provide new ideas for planning and construction of urban park.
