摘要
斜拉桥中采用塔上鞍座锚固的钢绞线拉索在金属分丝管道内受到摩阻效应的影响而具有抗滑锚固性能。分析斜拉索钢绞线单侧布置抗滑键锁定、抗滑键双向交叉布置的型式,实现拉索整体抗滑锚固构造的传力机理,提出斜拉索基于超张负摩阻锁紧抗滑键的作用原理及施工工艺。且考虑到个别分丝管在施工中难免会变形或堵塞,造成钢绞线不能穿孔而形成质量事故,必须采取措施防止。在原有分丝管中增加备用管道是比较简单的有效方法,也可作为今后桥梁加固所需的备用管道。
Cable-stayed bridge is using anchored strand cable of tower saddle in the metal sub-wire by the friction effect and it is of the anti-slip anchoring performance.Based on analysis of the single-sided arrangement of antisliding key lock,anti-sliding key two-way cross arrangement of strand cable type,the mechanism of the whole anti-sliding anchorage structure of the stay cable is realized and the working principle and construction technique of inclined cable based on super-tension negative friction-resistant locking anti-sliding key are put forward.And taking into account the individual sub-tube in the construction will inevitably be deformed or blocked,resulting in strand cannot be perforated and the formation of quality accidents,must take measures to prevent.It is a simple and effective method to increase the spare pipe in the existing sub-filament tube,and it can also be used as a backup pipeline for the future bridge reinforcement.
