摘要
从工程本体论出发,讨论系统工程这种"组织管理的方法"如何保障工程的顺利开展、如何保障工程系统的设计建造过程、如何确保工程目标的实现。着重讨论两个密切相关又容易混淆的概念:工程系统与系统工程。"工程系统"是指具体的某个工程及其产出物,并且该工程具有系统性;而"系统工程"不是工程系统本身,而是工程系统设计建造的方法及过程,两者统一于工程的进行过程之中,是实现工程目标的两个支柱。简要介绍了系统工程的新进展——基于模型的系统工程。
Based on the theory of engineering ontology, how systems engineering to support engineering process, to support the design of engineered systems, and to support the achievement of engineering goal are discussed in this paper. The distinction of engineered systems and systems engineering is emphasized. Engineered system refers to the concrete engineering project and its outcomes, and systems engineering is not engineered systems,but the design and building process of engineered systems, which are unified in the process of engineering project, and are two pillars of the goal of engineering project. This paper also briefly discusses the newly proceed of systems engineering called Model-Based Systems Engineering.
