摘要
姚江流域洪灾多发,缺乏可视化洪水预报与预警平台。基于SSH框架,采用My SQL数据库,综合应用Arc GIS API for Javascript、Java Script(JS)、HTML5、CSS等技术,设计并开发了实时洪水预报与预警Web GIS系统。该系统采用ANFIS自适应神经模糊推理系统进行水位预报,通过在水动力模型中耦合气象信息和实时观测水位来预报洪水淹没深度,利用JS、CSS等技术实现多种方式水雨情可视化展示,实现水雨情信息实时查询、实时洪水预报、洪水四色预警等的自动化,为姚江流域防汛减灾提供可视化业务平台。
In view of frequent flood and lacking of visualized flood forecasting and forewarning platform in YaojiangRiver Basin,a real - time flood forecasting and forewarning WebGIS system which is based on SSH framework andapplied MySQL database,ArcGIS API for JavaScript,JavaScript (JS),HTML5 and CSS technologies,has beendesigned and developed. In this system,adaptive - network - based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) is utilized toforecast water level. Hydrodynamic model,coupling with meteorological information and the real - time water level,is employed to forecast submerged depth. Moreover,JS,CSS and other technologies are used to visualize water andrainfall information. Flood forecasting and forewarning operations,including real - time water and rainfall informationsearch,real - time flood forecasting,and flood four - color forewarning,have automatically been realized in thissystem and it has provided visualized operating platform for Yaojiang River Basin in flood control and disaster reduction.
