摘要
民族区域自治制度是我国宪法中的一个创新制度,也是符合我国国情的政治制度。少数民族及其权利的保护是国内外学界十分关注的话题。以广西壮族为例,阐述壮族这个古老民族的基本权利的保护现状,总结分析广西壮民族的基本权利保障的问题与不足,并以此为鉴,探求如何更好地保障广西壮民族的基本权利,提出相关建议,以此来更好地维护我国民族的团结和国家的发展。
The system of regional autonomy for ethnic minorities is an innovation in China's constitution and is politically in line with China's conditions. The protection of minorities and their rights is a topic concerned about by domesticand foreign scholars. This paper takes the Zhuang people in Guangxi as an example,analyzes the current situation oftheir basic rights protection,finds the problems,explores ways to better protect their basic the rights,and gives con-structive proposals to better maintain national unity and development.
