摘要
目的:分析分级检验在肾脏生化中的应用价值。方法:68例肾脏病患者的血样列为观察组,同期68例健康受检者血样为对照组,应用分级检验及拉网式检验对两组进行肾脏生化指标检验,比较两组的第1阶段、第2阶段的检验结果,及不同检验方式的阳性检出率。结果:观察组的CysC、SCr、BUN 3项肾脏生化指标高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组分级检验的SCr、BUN阳性检出率高于拉网式检验(P<0.05)。结论:分级检验在肾脏生化应用中具较高的准确度、灵敏度,可提高阳性检出率。
Objective:To analyze the application value of grading test in renal biochemistry.Methods:The blood samples of 68patients with kidney disease were as the observation group.The blood samples of 68 cases of healthy subjects were as the controlgroup.The two groups were given renal biochemical indexes test by the application of grading test and dragnet test.The test resultsof the first stage and second phase,and the positive detection rates of different test methods were compared in two groups.Results:The CysC,SCr,BUN 3 kidney biochemical indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The SCr,BUN positive detection rate of grading test in the observation group were higher than those of dragnet test(P<0.05).Conclusion:Grading test has a higher accuracy and sensitivity in renal biochemistry application,which can improve the positivedetection rate.
