摘要
目的:探讨带锁髓内钉治疗新鲜四肢长骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法:收治新鲜四肢长骨干骨折患者120例,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用单侧外固定支架治疗,研究组采用带锁髓内钉治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗优良率高于对照组,且手术时间、住院时间及恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:带锁髓内钉治疗新鲜四肢长骨干骨折的临床疗效显著。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of fresh limbs long bonefracture.Methods:120 patients with fresh limbs long bone fracture were selected.They were randomly divided into the control groupand the study group.The control group was treated with unilateral external fixator.The study group was treated with interlockingintramedullary nails.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the excellent and good rate oftreatment was higher than the control group,and the operation time,length of stay and recovery time were shorter than those in thecontrol group(P<.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of fresh limbs long bonefracture was significant.
