摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合多种方法治疗与护理化疗性二级静脉炎的效果。方法:将50例癌症化疗性二级静脉炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组和对照组各25例,对照组给予常规西医治疗与护理,治疗组在常规治疗与护理的基础上结合中西医多种新方法,治疗10 d后观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组患者皮肤静脉炎处症状明显改善,总有效率93%,对照组总有效率63%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施治结合西医病因对症治疗与护理化疗性二级静脉炎效果显著,减轻了患者的痛苦,获得了良好的社会效益。
Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination treatment and nursing inchemotherapy two grade phlebitis.Methods:50 patients with cancer chemotherapy two grade phlebitis were randomly divided intotwo groups.The treatment group and the control group with 25 cases in each.The control group was given conventional westernmedicine treatment and nursing.The treatment group was given traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with manynew methods on the basis of routine treatment and nursing.After treatment 10 days,the curative effects of two groups wereobserved.Results:The dermophlebitis symptoms of patients in the treatment group were significantly improved;the total effectiverate was 93% ;the total effective rate of the control group was 63% ;the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thetraditional Chinese medicine differentiating treatment combined with western medicine etiology symptomatic treatment andnursing in chemotherapy two grade phlebitis have a significant effect,and alleviate the suffering of patients,and achieves a goodsocial value.
