摘要
为了保障中国的粮食安全,提高农业的生产效益,实现农民的致富需求,必须走现代农业的发展之路,传统农业的改造势在必行。文章针对广西龙州县现代农业的发展涉及到的土地利用率、农业经营主体、经营模式、产业结构、科技推广体系及农民组织化程度等问题,提出了加大培育和扶持现代农业经营主体的力度、做大做强农业公司、强化公共财政对现代农业的扶持力度、实施农业区域规划、形成"一村一品"的特色农业、健全农业技术推广服务体系的解决对策。
In order to ensure our country’s food security,improve the production efficiency of agriculture and to realize the farmers rich demand, we must transform traditional agriculture and develop modern agriculture.In view of the present situation of the modern agricultural in longzhou county , this article found that the modern agricultural of LongZhou exsists the following problems: modern agricultural main body is small and weak,the support of public finance is insufficient, agricultural industrial structure is unreasonable and the characteristic industry advantage didn’t give full play,service system for popularizing agricultural science and technology is imperfect.On this basis,it puts forward the corresponding improvement measures form five aspects: cultivating and supporting the modern agricultural main body,promote agricultural company strength,enhance the support of public finance,do the implementation of agricultural regional planning and form characteristic agriculture,improve the service system of popularizing agricultural techniques.
