摘要
继基础性、先导性、战略性之后,流通产业的公益性成为流通研究中一个重要命题。从流通公益性的内涵、内容分类、评价及供给方式四个主要方面,对已有文献进行全面梳理发现,流通公益性还没有形成完整的理论架构,可拓展的空间还比较大。公平与效率是从产业层面研究流通公益性的一个难点,科学的定量方法将随着公益性认识的加深而被大量运用,公益性多元化供给的具体形式尚待深入挖掘,基于利益相关者理论的企业治理是研究流通公益性一个新的微观视角。
Besides the fundamental,leading and strategic nature of circulation industry,the public benefit of this industry has become one of the important hot issues of related research. The authors review the related literatures from four aspects of the public benefit of circulation,such as the connotation,content classification,evaluation and supply pattern. It is found that there is no integrated theoretical framework concerning the public benefit of circulation,which leaves us with more space to expand.Fairness and efficiency is one of the difficulties in carrying out research on the public benefit of circulation from the industrial level;the scientific quantitative methods will be broadly applied with the increasingly deepened understanding of public benefit;the specific pattern of the diversified supply of public benefit will be deeply explored;and corporate governance based on the theory of stakeholders will become a new micro angle for us to carry out research on the public benefit of circulation.
