可脱开式油封脱开转速的有限元分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 该文利用有限元分析的方法,对油封高速旋转状态下的脱开转速进行了计算,获得了脱开转速区间;并通过试验验证了计算结果的准确性;同时,通过计算发现弹簧的离心载荷对唇形密封脱开转速影响不大;密封前后压差不变,腰部厚度越小,脱开转速越大;结构尺寸不变,密封前后压差越大,脱开转速越大。相对腰部厚度,油封脱开转速对密封压差变化更为敏感。 This paper presents the research of the separating rotate speed of the lip seal with high rotation using the finite element method The results of rotate test of the lip seal with water are in good agreement with the finite element simulations. The calculation indicates that the centrifugal load of the spring slightly affect the separating rotate speed . When the pressure gap from foreside to rear end is invariability,the separating rotate speed increases with reducing the middle thickness of the lip seal. When the structure is invariability, the separating rotate speed increases with the pressure gap increaseing. To compare with the thickness of the lip seal, the pressure gap has a strongly effect on the separating rotate speed.
