摘要
目的:分析临床护理质量与医院不良事件。方法:采用多变量线性回归模型估计未满足护理需求对不良事件的影响。结果:未满足护理需求对各种不良事件均有显著的影响。结论:重视优化住院患者的护理可以减少医院不良事件的发生。
Objective:To analyze the clinical nursing quality and adverse events in hospital.Methods:The impact of unmet nursingneeds on adverse events was estimated with multi variable linear regression model.Results:There was significant effect of unmetnursing needs on all kinds of adverse events.Conclusion:Paying attention to optimizing the care of hospitalized patients couldreduce the incidence of adverse events in hospital.
