摘要
目的:探讨老年性原发性甲状腺功能减退误诊分析。方法:回顾性分析老年性原发性甲状腺功能减退误诊患者5例。结果:5例患者最终均在内分泌科得到确诊。给予优甲乐治疗后,临床症状及化验指标均得到改善。结论:老年甲减临床表现不典型,易漏诊、误诊,应提高重视。
Objective:To analyze the misdiagnosis of primary hypothyroidism in the elderly.Methods:We made a retrospectiveanalysis of misdiagnosis of 5 cases of elderly patients with primary hypothyroidism.Results:5 patients were finally diagnosed in thedepartment of endocrinology.After euthyrox treatment,the clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes were improved.Conclusion:The clinical manifestations of elderly hypothyroidism are not typical,easily misdiagnosed,we should pay more attention to it.
