摘要
目的:探讨应用二冬宁脑汤对脑梗死患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2013年6月-2014年10月在我院接受治疗的80例脑梗死患者,随机平分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予单纯西医治疗,观察组加用二冬宁脑汤进行治疗;并对两组治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:观察组、对照组的治疗总有效率分别为97.50%、75.00%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在对脑梗死应用常规西药治疗的基础上加用二冬宁脑汤进行治疗可使治疗效果得到显著提高。
Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of the Erdong Ningnao decoction on cerebral infarction. Methods: 84 cases weredivided into the observed group and control group, 42 cases in each. The control group took western medicine; the observed group took theErdong Ningnao decoction more. Results: The total efficiency was 97.50% in the observed group, better than 75.00% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Erdong Ningnao decoction plus western medicine was effective on cerebral infarction.
