摘要
LLC谐振变换器在采用PFM(脉冲频率调制)控制时,其电路工作频率的调节范围会随着输入电压变化范围的增大而增大。频率的大幅度变化会导致磁性元件损耗增加,影响变换效率。针对上述问题,通过在LLC谐振电路前级增加Boost调压电路,设计了一款适用于宽电压输入的AC-DC变换器。详细介绍了改进后的电路结构,阐述了其工作原理,给出了主要元件参数的设计方法,并制作了300 W/28 V的样机,实验验证了所提方案的有效性。
When PFM(Pulse Frequency Modulation)technology is used for LLC resonance converter,themodulating frequency range increases,as the input voltage range increases. Large variation of frequency increaseslosses of the magnetic elements and reduces efficiency of the device. Aiming at this problem,an AC-DC converter forwide input voltage range was designed with adding a Boost circuit in front of the LLC resonance circuit. Focused onintroducing the improved circuit structure,the working principle and the design method of main components. Then aprototype with the ability of 300 W/28 V was produced to verify the validity of the proposed scheme.
