摘要
研究一种基于嵌入式的汽车状态远程实时监测系统,主要对车载嵌入式监测系统、无线数据传输系统两大系统进行了深入研究,选定车载嵌入式系统使用CAN总线进行通信,无线数据传输系统以GPRS通信为主,蓝牙通信为辅。使用TI公司的OMAP-L137处理器实现数据汇总、发送以及人机交互等功能。由多个MSP430F169处理器对车辆各大系统进行监测,并通过CAN总线方式传输至OMAP-L137处理器。以国产哈弗H5为例,对嵌入式远程实时监测系统进行性能测试,同时使用汽车官方测试仪器进行测试对比。结果表明,该文研究的嵌入式车辆状态远程监测系统的检测结果与官方测试数据基本一致,误差不超过5%,可以满足远程监测和故障诊断的基本要求。
A vehicle condition real?time remote monitoring system based on embedded system is studied in this paper. Theembedded vehicle monitoring system and wireless data transmission system were investigated intensively. CAN bus is selectedfor communication of the vehicle?mounted embedded system,while GPRS communication is taken as the main communicationmeans and Bluetooth communication as supplement for the wireless data transmission system. The OMAP?L137 processor pro?duced by TI is used to achieve data collection,transmission,human?computer interaction and other functions. The major sys?tems of the vehicle are monitored by multiple MSP430F169 processors,and the results are transmitted to the OMAP?L137 pro?cessor through the CAN bus. The Harvard H5 is taken as an example to test the performance of the embedded real?time remotemonitoring system. The test result is compared with that got by the official automobile test instrument. The comparison resultsshow that the test result got by the embedded vehicle condition remote monitoring system is basically consistent with the officialtest data(the error is not more than 5%),which can meet the basic requirements of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis.
