摘要
本文分析了北京地铁2013~2015年的历史事故数据,发掘数据存在的规律及各种因素对事故发生的影响。基于P-中位模型,结合数据分析结果及车站客流量、线网结构、与其他交通方式的衔接情况等影响因素,建立以救援代价最小为目标的应急维修人员分配模型,使用MATLAB运用遗传算法完成模型求解。最后,对北京地铁运营三分公司所辖线网中信号系统的应急维修人员进行了案例分析,共选出24个应急站,满足硬性约束条件,分配结果能够同时满足实际维修和均衡性的要求。
This article analyzed the historical accident data from 2013 to 2015, discovered the laws of the data and the influence of factors to the accident situation. Aimed to minimize the rescue cost, based on the P-median model,combined with the data analysis results and the station passenger flow, the line network structure, connection with other traffic modes, an emergency maintenance personnel allocation model based on the minimum cost of rescue cost was established. The model was solved by using Genetic Algorithm(GA) with MATLAB. The article analyzed the case of emergency maintenance personnel of the signal system in the network of the 3rd Branch Company of Beijing Subway Operation. 24 emergency stations were selected to meet the needs of hard constraints. The allocation results could meet the requirements of the actual maintenance and balance.
