摘要
港口的作用在当今社会中愈发重要,对港口的运输起支撑作用的港口航道工程建设是确保港口航运能够正常运转和发挥作用的重要保障。因此,港口航道工程的建设越来越受到关注。如何在有限的建设资金预算内,在确保工程质量的前提下,对整体的工程进行有效的控制和管理,是文中探索和研究的重点,以期在港口航道工程的建设中更有效地发挥造价和社会效益,达到两方面平衡的作用。
The role of harbour is more and more important in today's society. The construction of harbour and waterway engineering plays in a supporting role for the harbour transportation, which is an important guarantee for the harbour transportation’ normal operation and development function. Therefore, the construction of harbour and waterway engineering is paid more and more attention. How to do the effective control and management for the whole project in the limited construction fund budget and on the premise of ensuring the project quality is the focus of research and exploration in this paper, so that it can exhibit a more effective cost and social benefits in the construction of harbour and waterway engineering, and achieve this two sides in balance.
