摘要
目的:比较腋臭手术后两种不同切口加压方式对手术效果的影响。方法:收集我院80例手术治疗腋臭患者,按照不同切口加压方式分为A组:弹力绷带"8"字包扎加压法;B组:无菌纱布打包加压法,观察术后切口愈合情况,了解包扎过程中患者的耐受程度,比较治疗效果。结果:A组仅有2例出现并发症,B组8例出现并发症,出现并发症的概率高于A组(P<0.05);两组治疗效果没有显著差别(P>0.05);B组加压方式造成患者不满率高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:腋臭手术后弹力绷带"8"字包扎加压足以起到加压效果,相对于打包加压,并发症降低,更容易令患者接受。
Objective To compare effect of two ways of pressure treatment on Surgical treatment of axillary osmidrosis.Methods 80 patients accepted surgical treatment of axillary osmidrosis was divided into two groups according to differentways of pressure bandaging,group A : 8 font elastic bandage pressure bandage, group B:sterile gauze packing tie over pressurebandage, Observed the healing of incision, understand the patient's tolerance during dressing process and compared its treatmenteffect. Results A group: only one case of complications, B group: 9 patients had complications, probability of complicationshigher than group A (P <0.05); there was no significant difference between the two groups of treatment ( P >0.05); groupB patients dissatisfied with the pressing means to cause higher than group B (P <0.05). Conclusion After sniffing axillarysurgery 8 font elastic bandage pressure bandage is enough to play pressure effect, Compared to the packing tie over pressure, itcan reduce complications, and it is more easier for patients to accept.
