摘要
目的:探讨采用整形原则I期修复皮肤撕脱伤,以提高撕脱组织的存活率、保存患肢及减少术后瘢痕的效果。方法:针对本院2014年7月-2015年9月救治皮肤撕脱伤患者36名共38例创面,在入院前后采用整形原则进行现场急救及手术修复。结果:38例创面根据整形原则采用恰当的手术方式,术后基本全部成活,仅部分创面发生小面积坏死,经过换药和再植皮后愈合,术后瘢痕不明显,外形基本满意,保存了肢体,功能恢复良好,创面得以修复。结论:应用整形原则Ⅰ期修复创面,可使损伤部位的外形和功能得到最大限度的保留与恢复,患者满意度提高,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To explore the effect of using Principle of plastic surgery Ito repair the avulsion skin in order to increasethe survival rate of avulsed tissue, preserve limbs, and reduce scar. Methods From July 2014 to Sep 2015, this method hasbeen applied to 36 patients with a total of 38 cases in our hospital, for treatment of skin avulsion injury, emergency surgery andwound repairing before and after admission. Results The wound of all the 38 cases survived after using appropriate surgicalprocedure according to the principle of plastic surgery. Postoperatively, only small area of the a few wound occurred necrosis,but after dressing and healing after skin grafting, there is no obvious scar appearance. The patients are satisfied with the goodfunctional recovery, preservation of limb, and wound reparation. Conclusion Applying Principle of plastic surgery I to repairthe wound, can maximumly retain or recover the functions and outward appearance of the injured body parts, increase thepatient's satisfaction rate. It is worthy for clinical promotion.
